Dedication. Flexibility. Experience.

History

Abraham Law Offices (ALO) was founded in 1957 by William "Bill" Abraham.  Since 1957, ALO has been providing continuous representation to clients in Franklin County, throughout Ohio and across the country for nearly 70 years. Bill began representing Amway Distributors (nka Amway IBOs) in the early 1970s. Bill also began representing the Amway Distributors Association (the trade association representing all North American Amway IBOs) in the early 1980s. The Amway Distributors Association is now known as the Independent Business Owners Association International, Inc. (the "IBOAI"). Rick Abraham, Bill's son, joined Bill in that representation when he became a licensed attorney in early 1987 and continues that representation today.

Rick is the current managing general partner of the Columbus, Ohio firm. ALO has attorneys licensed to practice in Ohio and Michigan.  The firm's areas of practice include civil litigation in small business planning, licensing and administrative law, criminal and traffic defense, and family and juvenile law. If you need an attorney in Columbus, Ohio or around Franklin County, please contact us today to setup a free initial consultation with one of our attorneys.

We are happy to briefly discuss the issue with you over the phone or schedule an appointment for you to meet with us at our office.
